Expert Legal Reports helps connect clients with independent expert witnesses and specialist reports for legal, insurance and business matters. Experts provide their own professional opinions. This website gives general service information, not advice on the merits of your case.

Enquiries and instructions

Requesting a quote is free and does not oblige you to proceed. Sending a form does not appoint an expert, reserve availability or confirm a deadline. Provide accurate contact details, instructions and deadlines. Fees, scope, payment arrangements, applicable cancellation rights and the complaints process must be agreed in writing before work starts. Those engagement terms govern the instructed service and are not replaced by these website terms.

Timescales and outcomes

Website timescales are indicative and depend on the expert, documents and case requirements. Confirm urgent deadlines with the team. No litigation outcome or acceptance of a report by a court is guaranteed. Reports are prepared for their agreed purpose.

Using this website
