Who handles your information

Expert Legal Reports handles enquiries submitted through this website. Contact our team through the enquiry form, choosing “Other” or the closest report category and explaining your privacy request in the message. What we collect and why

We collect your name, contact details, role, organisation, report type, requested timescale, message and contact preference confirmation to respond to your request and arrange a quote. We use this information to take steps you request before a service agreement, and for our legitimate interests in administering enquiries and preventing abuse. Please provide a brief outline only, not medical records, identity documents or detailed confidential case material.

Delivery and sharing

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes form requests. Enquiries are forwarded to our n8n workflow on Hostinger infrastructure. Relevant staff and independent experts may receive information necessary to assess or respond to your request. Further information handling arrangements should be provided when an expert is instructed. Hosting infrastructure may involve processing outside the UK; contact us for processing locations and applicable safeguards.

Technical and campaign information

Submissions include the landing-page address, referring address, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers where available, plus IP address, country, browser information and submission time. These help attribute enquiries and protect the service. Campaign values are held in session storage for the browser session. A temporary confirmation record containing your first submission details is used to personalise the thank-you page and is removed when read. Google Fonts is used to display typography and receives normal web request information when fonts load. Google Tag Manager is installed to manage tags configured by the website operator. Loading its container sends technical request information to Google. Further analytics or advertising data collection depends on the published tags and consent settings in that container.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to respond, administer any resulting instruction, resolve complaints and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on whether you proceed, whether a matter remains open and whether records are required for a legal claim. Ask us about retention of your particular enquiry through the form.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
